Summer 2007 Swim Season

The Lovettsville Dolphins Swim Team would like to invite you to sponsor our team for the 2007 season. Our team has been a part of Lovettsville and its surrounding communities for many years, developing young swimmers and encouraging good sportsmanship. We are now swimming for the second year with the Old Dominion Swim League, a relatively young league comprised of 22 teams throughout Loudoun County.

Sponsor donations assist the team with equipment purchases, our Head Coach salary, league fees, and pool rental fees. In addition, to the extent that funding is available, we offer financial assistance for team expenses to families whose children might otherwise be unable to participate in our sport. Without the generous support from individuals and businesses like yours, we would be unable to offer this opportunity to the youth of our community.

Lovettsville Dolphins Swim Team, Inc., is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. All contributions to the Lovettsville Dolphins are tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes. Our tax ID number is 02-077-0303.

Please take a moment to review our sponsorship levels, below, and find the level that best meets your circumstances. We very much appreciate your support!

Contributing Sponsor — $50-$74 As a Contributing Sponsor, your name will be listed on this page of our web site, and in the meet programs sold at each home meet. You will also receive a certificate of appreciation to display.

Founders' Club Sponsor — $75-$124 As a Founders' Club Sponsor, in addition to the benefits received by Contributing Sponsors, your logo will also appear in each team newsletter and in the home meet programs.

Bronze Medal Sponsor — $125-$249 Our Bronze Medal Sponsors receive the same benefits as our Founders' Club Sponsors, and in addition, as a Bronze Medal Sponsor, your logo will appear on this page of our site with a link to your web site. You will also receive a plaque to display rather than a certificate.

Silver Medal Sponsor — $250-$499 Your Silver Medal Sponsorship provides all the benefits of a Bronze Medal Sponsor, plus your logo will appear as an ad on our team banner which is prominently displayed at all meets, and your logo and a link to your web site will be featured on the home page of our web site. In addition, your logo will appear as a quarter-page ad in our meet programs sold at each home meet.

Gold Medal Sponsor — $500-$749 As a Gold Medal Sponsor, you will enjoy the benefits of our Silver Medal Sponsors, plus your logo will appear on the back of our team T-shirts*, your ad on our team banner will be larger in size, and your appreciation plaque will include a team photo.

Platinum Sponsor — $750 and up If you are a Sponsor willing to step up to the Platinum level, you will receive all of the benefits of our Gold Medal Sponsors, plus prominent recognition on our team banner and at the top of our home page. We would also be more than happy to discuss other ideas you may have to recognize your significant contribution to our team.

Note that sponsors are responsible for providing logo art and optional meet program ads (email dolphinsmail@aol.com to be put in touch with someone to discuss technical specifications). Artwork must be received at least one week before it will appear in printed materials or on our website.

*For logos appearing on team T-shirts, the sponsorship must be funded and the artwork received no later than 5 weeks before the first team meet. Sponsors who wish to contribute at Gold or Platinum level for 2007 may request that their logo appear on the shirts for 2008. We reserve the right to limit the number sponsors at these levels in any given year.
